Standard Orders will ship within 2 days of receiving payment. All standard orders returned in good condition are eligible for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping. Please contact sales@lddanceshoes.com to initiate a return.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders can take up to 30 days to complete. We will begin crafting your shoe by hand once payment is received. You will get a notification once your order is ready to ship. Custom orders are non-refundable.
